Lyon explosion: Dramatic video shows huge blast at university which left three injured
Three people have been injured following an explosion at a university in Lyon.
The explosion occurred at the Mendel building at the La Doua campus of the university.
Police and university sources said that work had been ongoing on the building's roof and that a gas bottle exploded, starting the blaze.
The building has been evacuated however other parts of the campus remain open.
however fire crews will continue  working throughout the day to secure the premises.
The explosion comes days after a blast apparently caused by a gas leak hit a Paris bakery, killing four people and injuring several.

この爆発は,明らかにガス漏れによる爆発がパリのパン屋を襲い,4人が死亡し,数人が負傷した数日後に行われます。

L'explosion du Lyon : la vidéo dramatique montre une énorme explosion à l'université qui a laissé trois blessés
Trois personnes ont été blessées à la suite d'une explosion dans une université de Lyon.
L'explosion s'est produite au bâtiment Mendel du campus La Doua de l'université.
Des sources policières et universitaires ont déclaré que les travaux se poursuivent sur le toit de l'édifice et qu'une bouteille de gaz a explosé, ce qui a déclenché l'incendie.
Le bâtiment a été évacué, mais d'autres parties du campus demeurent ouvertes.
Les équipes d’incendie continueront de travailler tout au long de la journée pour protéger les lieux.
L'explosion survient quelques jours après qu'une explosion apparemment causée par une fuite de gaz a frappé une boulangerie parisienne, tuant quatre personnes et blessé plusieurs personnes.
