Position Overview   

To prepare, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production and guide operational activities to ensure that the plant runs optimally with regard to obtaining business results and in compliance with EHS regulations.

 

Job Responsibilities  

The EH&S specialist(manager) is work for Onsan and co-work with Project , Engineering & EHS team-AP , Global

 Accountable for the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures (GMS) on EHS

Responsible for maintaining and improving management systems and to enforce the use of related policies and procedures.

Accountable for compliance with all local HSE/Q policies and WLK’S  guideline applicable to EHS execution;

Accountable for the HSE performance of the direct report(s) and contractors.

Responsible for EHS legal compliance issue such as training, permission, certification for Onsan plant including WWT.

Accountable for WW, Air emission, waste, chemical & soil containment management working together with LG.

Responsible for coordinating / implementation all legal internal/external trainings(drills) for Onsan associates.

Accountable for playing key role to provide guidance from ESH prospective for MOC. Responsible for certification management & revalidation such as ISO140001, KOSHA , OSHAS etc,..

Coordinate / Lead and carry out necessary internal & external audits such as PSM, EHS, PHA etc,...

 

Qualifications     

Professional knowledge and experience of EHS.

Fluent English language skills (written and verbal);

5~15 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in a multi-national company in (petro or fine) chemical industry.

Experience and knowledge of EHS management system such as LOTO , PSM

Experience and knowledge of compliance issue control.

Experienced in development of corporate standard for EHS.

Experience in implementation safety drill & safety event.

Solid & sufficient knowledge on EHS regulation (legal issue)

SAP using experience.
